Less than an hour from Bordeaux and 30 minutes from Saint Emilion, in an old wine-growing property, this spacious and comfortable gite is set up in the old cellar in a pretty wooded park where stays can be made from two nights minimum from Monday to Sunday without price differentiation.

Located on the borders of Dordogne, Gironde and Charente, you can easily access historic sites and remarkable places and travel the wine routes of Saint Emilion, Monbazillac and Bergerac:

• the Dordogne: the old towns of Sarlat, Bergerac and Périgueux, with their local markets and their rich historical past, the wines and vineyards of Périgord, the caves and chasms

• the Charente: towns also steeped in history, fine sandy beaches, vineyards, cognac and pineau

• the Gironde: Bordeaux and Saint Emilion classified as "UNESCO World Heritage", the Bassin d'Arcachon and the beaches of Cap Ferret, the vineyards and wines of the Bordeaux region

Nestled in a peaceful and quiet hamlet, the cottage is accessible by road (exit 12 from the A89 about 10 minutes away), by train (Montpon-Ménesterol station 5 minutes away), by plane (Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport 1 hour and Bergerac 35 minutes) and of course by the many footpaths that pass nearby.

In a peaceful and family atmosphere, you can enjoy the garden reserved for our customers and lovely walks in the immediate environment of the estate (forest, lake, river Isle).

Many leisure and sports activities are also offered near the gîte: fishing, leisure bases, water sports, hiking, horse riding and on site: table tennis and bicycles.

Christèle and Louis, the owners live in their house near the gîte and are at your entire disposal

All types of shops, medical and veterinary surgeries are located within a maximum radius of 5 km.

If you do not want to cook or little and enjoy your holidays to the full, a catering service delivered to the gîte or to take away, is offered to the clients of the gîte by reservation: breakfast, brunch, picnic, snacking, pies, salads , ready meals, desserts and drinks. The dishes offered are exclusively made by the hostess or by local artisans (bread, pastries).
